2. ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY

This provision does not seek to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted.

15. COMMENTS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Where the Service allows comments, discussion or other user-generated content, users remain responsible for what they submit.

Adieka accepts article proposals and contributions from external writers in accordance with the requirements described on our Write for Us page.

By submitting material for consideration, you confirm that:

the material is your original work or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions;
you have the legal right to submit the material;
the material does not knowingly infringe another person's rights;
factual claims are made in good faith;
you have disclosed any material conflict of interest;
the material is not unlawfully copied from another source; and
you have not knowingly submitted material containing fabricated information.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

Adieka evaluates submissions according to factors including:

If we accept a contribution, you authorise Adieka to edit it for:

length;

does not entitle the contributor to special editorial treatment; and

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, contributions are non-refundable.
